Duration

~ 15 minutes

Meet an expert stylist and get talking about what your clothing needs and preferences are. The goal is to truly understand the challenges you face when getting dressed and help you build a wardrobe that makes you feel confident every day.

~ 45 minutes

Choose the perfect fabric and start designing your garment by selecting design options that suit your lifestyle. The last step before ordering is to get measured. Be sure to get a perfect fit as our measurement specialists will leave nothing to chance.

~ 5 to 8 weeks

This is where our overseas manufacturers come in; each item is custom-made and hand-assembled by our team. Production takes 4 to 7 weeks, depending on the fabric and design you selected.

~ 20 minutes

Once your item has arrived, come in for your fitting so we can make sure you are comfortable in your new outfit! Alterations are included until we get your perfect fit. In addition, your measurements remain on file to make your next purchase a breeze.

A new way to shop

We make your future purchases a breeze. Once your measurements are on file, reordering takes just a couple of minutes or a couple of clicks. However, we do recommend that you come in to review your measurements in store if you haven’t ordered in the last 2 years or if your last order isn’t as comfortable as it should be. Our stylists will review your measurements for the perfect fit.

You will then be ready to build the custom wardrobe of your dreams based on your specific needs and unique lifestyle!

How long does it take?

For a shirt

Allow 30 to 45 minutes for the creation and measurements of a shirt.

For a suit

Allow 60 minutes for the creation and measurements of a suit.

For trousers

Allow 30 minutes for the creation and measurements of trousers. It is preferable to bring a pair of shoes similar to those you intend to wear with your suit.
